Bob Davies Car Sales were fantastic because there was no pressure from salesmen which is great for me because no matter what I buy that is the one thing that always make me walk away. On arriving I looked around the vehicles and spoke with Craig who said are you looking for something in particular I said about the Kuga. Craig went for the keys came back gave me the keys and said take it for test drive to see if you like it which I did. I came back spoke with Craig and asked did I like it, I said Yes I would like to buy. Still no pressure at all from Craig who proceeded to explain everything that would happen next. I mentioned that the tyres were around 3mm and towing was missing, Craig said that the kuga had just come in and that it would be PDI before handover and everything that needed to be replaced it would. Ture to his word it was. Craig also had number plates made up with my personal number for me. Many thanks to Craig for a truly amazing experience in the purchase process.
